Production time
All pieces are handcrafted the old-fashioned way: one at a time, by one pair of hands, and just for you. The Masses Co. doesn’t use assembly lines or large production runs. Please see product listings for production time. Orders with multiple items will be shipped together, according to the item with the longest production time. Feel free to contact us with expedited requests and we’ll do our best to facilitate.
Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority and arrive within 1-3 business days. Please contact us for international shipping options.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us with your concerns and we will try to make it right. Please not that we cannot accept used goods, but if there is something wrong with your order we will work with until you are happy!
All products have a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship and stitching. In over a decade of leather work, I’ve never had a product’s stitching fail. Warranty does not cover user-related damage. If you’ve ruined an item, please don’t hesitate to contact us to see what we can work out. The Masses, Co. is happy to repair items for a small fee.
